Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc in Administration / Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc, MBA) and membership of the accredited professional body is an added advantage.
- Not less than 5 years of cognate experience as Hospital Admin/Human Resources Manager.
- Excellent leadership/managerial qualities
- Computer / proficient
- Good communication (Oral & written) skill
- Good public relations skill
