Notice of False Recruitment Information & Improper Use of the Chevron Nigeria Limited name
Chevron Nigeria Limited ("CNL"), operator of the NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture, is aware of circulation of false recruitment information allegedly posted by CNL in several media outlets, advertising job positions in the Company. Additionally, fraudulent job offers have reportedly been sent via emails by individuals purporting to be the Human Resources (HR) Managers of CNL, with the intent to defraud their victims.
CNL hereby dissociates itself from such false job recruitment information and offer of employment contracts published in any newspaper, web sites, emails and others. CNL did not make nor authorize any such publication.
Members of the general public are hereby notified that:
- CNL does not, and will not require applicants to make payment towards processing job applications. Therefore, recruitment advertisements requesting candidates to part with money, at any point during the recruitment process, are not from CNL.
- CNL does not solicit job applications or initiate the process for recruitments via emails.
- Job advertisements from Chevron Nigeria Limited are posted on the website at: https:/www.chevronnigeriajobs.com after advertisement in national newspapers. Consequently, Chevron Nigeria Limited will not be able to answer enquiries about fraudulent advertisements and job offers.
