We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Electrician (LED)
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Design, development and testing of LED modules and PCB layouts for new LED lighting products.
- Projects will focus on DC circuits and will include generation of Gerber files and circuit schematics.
- Troubleshooting and design support for existing products.
- Support production scale-up working with in-house pick-and-place SMT assembly team.
- Work with UL and CE agencies to fast track approvals processes.
- Work with other team members on technical and engineering drawings using Solidworks.
Your Qualifications
- 1-3 years relevant work experience.
- BS or Associates in Electrical or Electronics Engineering subject.
- SMT and PCB assembly experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Bonus points for optics, thermal management and mechanical engineering experience to complement electrical background.
- Ideally exposure of working within an LED lighting or related field working on products from concept to manufacturing or delivery to customer.
