We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Management of Estate Ambience
• Effective monitoring and supervision of service contractors in ensuring they provide good quality services to the satisfaction of estate residents.
• Ensuring alternative power sources are in good working condition at all times.
• Effective handling of issues, problems and prompt resolution of resident's complaints and rectification of faults in their units.
• Ensuring security of the estate is effectively maintained at all times and taking appropriate measure and making necessary recommendations to management in the estate ensuring safety of life and properties.
• Ensuring proper management of the estate finances are in a favourable condition at all times through ensuring residents account balances are always in credit as much as is practicable.

Qualification / Requirements

• Preferably male with a minimum of OND (Estate Management, Building, Engineering)
• Applicant must be willing to reside in the estate
• Must exhibit the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders (both verbal and written)
• Must possess leadership skill
