Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a responsible and reliable personnel for the role of Logistics Supervisor whose responsibilities shall include:
- Strict adherence to schedules and timely delivery to assigned destinations
- Managing road expenses and issues
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency
- Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle activities and inspection
Requirements
- Minimum education: OND / Diploma in a related field
- Experience in logistics operations
- Solid knowledge of road management
- Passion for travelling and road trips
- Experience in preparing and tracking order
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Availability for immediate employment
