Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security
- Manage daily operations and ensure a adequate and professional work environment in accordance with the standards and procedures set by the organization
- Work together with other managers and owners in the planning, directing and coordinating of eatery’s operations
- Ensure that all materials used in food preparation and serving are working properly
- Devise promotional programs
- Ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Manage inventory and keep financial records of purchases and sales
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification is a degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of a two (2) years experience as a supervisor (preferably in the fast food industry)
- Prior sales and operations management experience is a major requirement
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and general I.T Skills
- Ability to lead a team of skilled and unskilled individuals
- Ability to work without supervision and make good decisions independently
- Ability to display professional disposition at all times and approach all sensitive situations with diplomacy and control
