Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies in the year 2010, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Engage in market research in order to identify new business opportunities for the organization
• Contacting potential clients to establish business relationships and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Work with Sales Department in organizing product activations and write report of same.
• Develop business proposals for existing and new customers as applicable.
• Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry
• Participate in forums/events related to the industry; conferences ,meetings, and client discussions as a representative of the company.
• Market all the products and services of the Organization to the public on all platforms.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Professional Qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5-6years experience in the role
• Applicants MUST reside in Lagos.
