Job Title: Outlet Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute outlet operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and Inventories
- Maintain restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu consistency
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment
- Responsible for quality control of all foods and set ups
- Maintain upkeep of restaurant
- Inspect and enforce standards at all times
- Ensure that food handling policies and laws are being followed at all times

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification is a degree/HND.
- One year supervision experience strongly preferred (preferably in the fast food industry)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and general I.T Skills
- Ability to work without supervision and make good decisions independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must meet grooming standards
- Substance testing is mandatory
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
