Responsibilities
- Coordinate, direct and supervise the activities of the human resource department
- Formulate and implement effective performance and career management strategies
- Formulate and implement human capital strategy that is aligned with business goals and objectives and enhances the current and future human capital value proposition of the overall organization
- To recommend and ensure implementation of Strategic directions for people development within the organization

Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND. in any related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CIPM will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a related position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
