Job Title: Bakery Manager
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- He/she is expected to contribute to be expansion of sales and introduction of new product line.
- Coordinate the periodic submission of field reports from Bakery support officers under his/her supervision
- Handle customer complaints in line with approved company procedure
- Develop, manage and maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customers loyalty
- Advise end user bakeries on baking and baking best practices by identifying associated challenges and proffering possible solutions
- Manage and supervise all the activities of the baking support officers to ensure that all bakeries in their assigned areas are visited regularly
Requirements
- At least 8 years bakery managerial experience
- Applicant MUST be resident in the FCT;
- Applicants not resident in the FCT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
