We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contracts Officer

Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate

Role Requirements

• Degree or its equivalent in Quantity Surveying or any related field in the construction industry
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing quantity surveyor, procurement officer, contract officer or in a similar role
• Ability to establish and administer contracts
• Must be conversant with the standard conditions of contracts, JCT, FIDIC
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of the construction industry and processes is desirable

Salary
Competitive (in Nigerian Naira).
