Adexen HR and Recruitment Services is looking to recruit structural design engineers for Nigeria.
Job description
Reporting directly to the Senior Infrastructural Design Engineer, the structural design draftsman is technically responsible for structural drawings, their accuracy and on-time delivery. The position requires thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and structural CAD based software.
The main mission of the position is to perform structural layout, details and shop drawings. The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Structural layouts and details drawings.
Drafting of steel workshop-, formwork- and reinforcement drawings for buildings and civil structures.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Must hold a HND or OND in structural related works or in a related discipline
- Having a previous experience in structural layout drawings is also an advantage
- Should have 5 O’ level credit including english and mathematics
- Has a knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and other common software in structural design
- Must be authorised to work in Nigeria and should have finished NYAC.
- Is a self-starter and can work independently
- Demonstrates excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
