Job Description
- Identify training and development needs of staff using a variety of methods including training needs training needs analysis surveys, end of probation reviews and annual performance appraisals
- Produce a resourced annual training plan and programme based on training needs identified for individual staff members
- Develop, coordinate and carry out in house training courses, workshops etc
- Develop company's training timetable for the organisation
- Ensure training plans reflects effectively what is needed for the business with the right priorities.
- To be accountable for all forecasting and managing of the training budget
- Gain information on exciting new products
- Identify facilitators to partner with to effectively train staff to improve performance needed for the business
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience developing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Knowledge of beauty therapy solutions
- Communication, Persuasive and Negotiation skills
- Outgoing Personality with the ability to inspire
- IT Skills
- Good leadership and decision making skills is required
- Business acumen
- Fluency in English language.
