Job Description
- Ability to formulate business strategy to transform existing service business as independent business unit with P&L responsibility in 2 yrs time frame.
- Develop Strong marketing skills and customer relationships management especially at senior level for rapid growth of the business.
- Coordinating and managing all business activities
- Be a single point contact for all customer needs for designated customers.
- Managing the company in the most efficient, effective and profitable manner.
- Should be familiar with business systems like SAP / Oracle etc to manage orders, revenue, billing, cash collection, aging, resources planning and deployment, escalation processes and its monitoring & control.
- Familiarity with latest ISO Standards, Six Sigma and HSE / OSHA Standards will be added advantage.
- Expertise in handling operations worth USD 20M primarily installed base. Should be techno – Commercially competent.
- Contract Management for large Multiyear Service Orders.
- Build, Develop & Sustain Customer relationships with effective Customer management.
- Should be able to plan site visits as per agreed SLAs and in line with revenue plan
- Provide support during exigencies.
- Ability to execute Service projects and upgrades.
- Identify prospects, conduct pre-sales site assessment and develop them into firm leads.
- Aware of applicable ISO, HSE, commercial guidelines and all other prescribed processes and procedures and comply with the same.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 to 12 yrs in after sales support service business of Industrial Products / Consumer Durables with 2 to 3 yrs as Service Lead / Manager owning P&L responsibility for some region / area / territory and managing a service team of minimum 10 to 12 persons.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in a senior management role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering preferably with Postgraduate qualification
- Strong Engineering background with Knowledge of Process & Standards in Process Automation.
- Experience is handling Single large projects
- Extensive experience in handling Factory / Workshop operations, process and Procedures.
- Possess strong oral & written communications skills.
