We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager, Insurance

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Sales of Insurance to new client and exiting
• Set monetary targets for the sales team
• Manage operations and productivity at sales dept.
• Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies.
• Assist clients in claims management.
• Identify and analyze risks associated with policies.
• Achieve target budgets.
• Minimize risk of financial loss.
• Manage insurance data for reports.
• Determine premium rates.
• Ascertain cash reserves necessary to ensure payment of future benefits.

Requirements

• 4 years proven work experience in same industry or similar
• Must have Sales acumen in increasing business
• Understanding the industry policies and products inside and out is vital
• Must be proficient at educating and coaching
• Must possess Leadership skills
• Providing excellent customer service
• Uses of Office suite software (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Customer relationship management software (such as Insurance Technologies Foresight Enterprise)
