We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager (Engineering)

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full time

Job Responsibilities

• Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects.
• Planning, designing, coordinating and controlling projects from the beginning to completion according to clients requirement.
• Conducting on-site investigation and analyzing data
• Monitor progress and compile reports.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment
• Assessing potential risk, materials and costs
• Analyzing and interpreting data.
• Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates
• Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions
• Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports
• Complete required technical and regulatory documents
• Ensure projects are completed on-time and within the specified budget
• Present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary.
• Engineering designs, planning and implementation.

Requirements

• 4-6 years Experience in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Building and other related field.
• Must belong to the professional body COREN or in view
• Must be proficient with Ms office suites
• Ability to develop and make presentations for existing and prospective customers in a professional manner
• Must have good sales and marketing skills
• Must possess the required skills in managing team members for success.
• Must possess excellent management, as well as organizational skills
• Possess the ability to cope with stress and effectively prioritize tasks
• Must possess effective communication and writing skills
• Must have the ability to recognize opportunities and manage budgets effectively.
• Creativity: Business development engineers must be able to develop fresh ideas and strategies
• Ability to negotiate and dialogue with clients.
• Ability to engage in new product/service research for the company
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• A comprehensive knowledge of products offered by the company and its applications.
