Requirements

• A graduate in HR, Engineering, Economics or Social Science (MBA, Master or PhD);
• He/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in the design and implementation of change management and capacity building programs for water utilities in developing countries.
• A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
• Working experience with Nigerian relevant laws will be an added taken.
