Requirements

• A graduate in Administration, Engineering, Economics or Social Science (Master or PhD), he/she must have at least of 10 years of work experience in the monitoring & evaluation for water utilities in developing countries.
• A prior exposure to Nigeria at the state level will be an added advantage.
• Working experience with Nigerian relevant laws will be an added taken.
