A growing IT Company requires the service of an experienced Secretary / Office Administrator who will be expected to carry out the following:

Job Title: Secretary / Office Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job Description
  • Perform full secretarial duties.
  • Oversee the effective running of the office and other departments.
  • Ensure that all staff cadre keep to the office ethic.
  • Relate with clients and interface between client and company's service personnel.
  • Manage all staff, from top management level down the cadre.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc in secretariat Administration or related discipline.
  • Post Graduate Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Professional certificate in Secretarial Admin or Office Management.
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: Between 40 years and 50 years Status: Must be Married.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years
Remuneration
Negotiable.
