The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable Nigerian Nationals for the position of Groundsman at the Institute’s guesthouse in Lagos
Job Title: Groundsman (2-year renewable contract)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:
- Maintain IGH Lawn and clean premises
- Dress ornamental potted plants and flowers
- Clean gatehouse security house, drivers’ quarters/rooms
- Deputize for Housekeeping Assistant/Cook & Waiter in their absence
- Assist at the Laundry
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate must possess:
- WASC with two years experience in general corporate cleaning
- Strong ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and organize workload; take initiative and work under pressure.
- Posses good team spirit.
