Job Title: Marketing and Strategic Comms Director

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, evaluate and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy to advance and achieve key institutional goals.
  • Use innovative marketing strategies to build relationships, enhance institutional reputation, strengthen the TOSTV brand
  • Develop and assess measurable goals and objectives that advance the Strategic Framework as well as marketing objectives.
  • Plan and conduct market research in conjunction with the Head of Social Media, Research & Innovation.
  • Develop and manage a communications strategy to promote the TV Network
  • Support strategy design for creating, maintaining and engaging TOS TV online community to generate content and feedback on the station’s shows.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in managing, supporting and motivating staff
  • Creative and strategic application of digital and social media technologies
  • Experience and expertise in marketing, media relations, public affairs, crisis communications,
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Business or related field with at least 8 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent writing skills; innovative approach and creative execution
  • issues management, social media and public relations.
