Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Specific Objectives

  • Responsible for analyzing program information, discuss findings and provide feedback to stakeholders and program teams on Support all raising of requisition from various units in terms of specifications and quantification.   
  • Manage and update Requisition Tracker (Approved Purchase Request)
  • Responsible for managing and updating Procurement transaction trackers
  • Manage and update data base for market survey for snap shot reference.
  • Support all SCM Secretariat activities like flow of memo across all review and approval levels and ensure timely feedback on queried document.
  • Support both the SCM Officer and the Associate on all task assigned; Bid review documentation, generation of purchase orders, and raising balance payment for all completed transactions.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Social Sciences. 2 years’ experience. 1 year working experience in donor funded agencies. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access required;
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
