Job Requirements
- A qualified asset and real estate manager must have at least 10 years working experience growing and managing company assets
- Must be dutiful, have the capacity to properly maintain and keep company assets in top shape as well as ensure that they are utilized efficiently
- Must be able to train and supervise a team of marketing and business development executives to promote the use of idle company assets across the oil and gas and other industries
- Understand the concept of time-share and ensure that unused company assets are not idle but turned into income generating facilities
- Must be able to work to highest international standards of business ethics and practices in the industry.
