We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Reporting Line: Head, Human Resources
Period & Mode of Engagement: Full-time employment with a probationary period of 6 months.
Job Description
- Ensure daily cleaning of the office
- Ensure water is running in the bathrooms and kitchen
- Ensure daily cleaning of the office and environs, and ensure prompt waste disposal
- Ensure the adequate cleaning of the kitchen and plates used
- Ensure toiletries e.g. tissue, air freshener, dispenser water and hand sanitizers are available in the office
- Ensure daily washing of the company's car
- Check company vehicle daily for oil, water etc.
- Ensure routine maintenance and prompt repair of all office equipment like the company car, printers, ACs, Generators, lights, chairs etc.
- Change faulty electrical fixtures within the offices e.g. extension boxes, light fixtures etc.
- Monitor office supplies like stationery, fuel, diesel, printer inks, toiletries etc. and procuring new stock as needed
- Drive staff to all meetings, inspections etc.
- Warmly welcome visitors, clients and respond to inquiries when required
- Run official errands on behalf of the company
- Take delivery of packages on behalf of company
- Perform other office duties as assigned Requirements:
Minimum Educational Qualification
- SSCE,OND
- Must be able to drive
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Preferably live in Yaba, Surulere and its environs.
