Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conceptualise and implement projects.
• Manage various departments, consultants, vendors, project control, construction, commissioning, etc., in implementing the project in a timely manner and within budget.
• Manage a team of Project Managers, responsible for overseeing various projects and ensure efficient implementation of the overall project during commissioning to operation phase.
• Identify resource needs and deploy (internal & external) to ensure appropriate support.
• Draft proposals and project plans.
• Ability to foresee and identify potential issues prior to becoming critical and mitigate.
• Relate with the state government.
• Manage, direct and guide the team to achieve the Project objectives.

Qualifications

• First degree in the Art or Social Sciences.
• MUST have full understanding of the socio-political environment of Ogun State.
• Writing and marketing skills would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, setting policy, and establishing work methods.
• Ability to track project budget, follow project schedule and avoid project delays.
• Suitable candidate must be residing in Abeokuta.
