Owens and Xley Consults - Our client, a luxury lifestyle brand located in Ikoyi Lagos, is currently recruiting a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Associate
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Attend to customers on the phone
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs/ want
- Process payments
- Pack up customer orders
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- Inventory Management
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new items
Store Management:
- Ensure that the store is clean and ready for opening
- Ensure that the utilities are available and adequate
- Work with production manager to fulfill client orders
- Supervise the security personnel
- Steam garments
- Arrange outfits on the mannequins
Key Requirements
- HND in a related field
- 0 - 6 months in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Remuneration
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
