Job Description

• Our rapidly growing company (Agency Banking) is currently look for Business development Officers who will be responsible for driving strategies that support the achievement of our revenue goals.
• We are looking for talents with Technical and Business Know-how who not only understand how to identify new opportunity but what it takes to lead a team forward in achieving the set goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Generates new business and Agents for Accelerex Network Limited through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals (exploring both internal and external means).
• Develop and Maintains profitable customer relationships with Agents.
• Identify new prospective mobile money agents and ensure terminal deployment when necessary.
• Identifying business practices/needs and recommending solutions that allow for achievement of financial goals and objectives.
• Work closely with Business Development Manager to effectively onboard new agents and support ongoing efforts to deepen customer relationship.
• Work with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategy in-order-to exceed business objectives, exchange leads/referrals, and conduct checks on prospects.
• Perform a constant check up on Agents and train DSA's constantly on products, services, policies and Accelerex Network business guidelines.
• Follow up on market research from DSA's on current trends, competing products to identify/pursue new opportunities to convert them to clients and develop strategies to employ to be at par or above the competitors in the market.
• Actively participates in local business and community functions to enhance brand recognition.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• 2 years of experience as a Business Development Officer in Agency banking settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Top-notch analytical skills - must have eye for details.
• Strong Customer relationship skills.
• Strong Analytical and negotiating skills
