We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location:
Lagos

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email and the web.
  • Deal with and respond to all customer contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels.
  • Process customer refunds using website back end system.
  • Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.
  • Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e-commerce environment.
  • Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Support the photography studio
Person Specification
  • Job Specific Skills and Attributes
  • Must have previous customer service experience preferably gained within a retail/e-commerce contact centre environment.
  • Must be a confident and strong communicator in order to deal with varying customer issues, build strong relationships with internal teams as well as with 3rd party partners, brands and hosts.
  • Must possess numerical skills and an analytical mind in order to successfully investigate customer issues, interpret reports and data with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive outlook to problem solving and a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks in terms of importance/urgency
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in English language, Mass Communication, International Relations, and any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of Second Class (Hons.) Lower Divisions
  • Relevant Professional Certifications will be an added advantage
  • Professional working manner with a minimum of 1 year relevant customer service experience
  • Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in typing at a fast pace
  • Effectively multi-task and have the ability to learn quickly
  • Technical Savvy
  • Bilingual a plus
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Online Shopping
