Job Description
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing funds to ensure sufficient liquidity is available to finance the company's operations at all times consistent with acceptable risks.
- Responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company and for implementing all financial policies and strategies
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- A university degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or any other related discipline with relevant professional certification (ACIB, ACA, CFA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA). A post graduate degree (MBA, M.Sc) will be an added advantage
- 10 years + relevant experience in Finance, 7 of which must be at senior management level
- Extensive knowledge in understanding of global financial markets, domestic macro-economic policy issues; local & global knowledge of housing finance, capital markets and & regulatory frameworks; understanding of bond mathematics and fixed income instruments
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, (Finance application experience an advantage)
