Requirements and Experience

• A good first degree
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage
• Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
• Devotion to high-quality customer service
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exhibit conflict resolution capabilities
• A minimum of 5 years banking experience, with at least 2 years in a sales or customer service role
