Requirements and Experience

• A qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years banking experience in Property development & facility management in a similar role
• A Degree in Engineering, Estate Management or Facility Management and a relevant professional certification will be an added advantage

• Skills and competencies in Procurement Management, Negotiation, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Reporting, Planning & Organizing, Vendor Selection & Management, General Administration, Facilities Management, Inspection, Research Orientation, Resource Management and Stakeholder Management.
