Job Description
- The role is primarily responsible for evaluating market opportunities and implementing business development, market engagement and customer focused products and service strategies.
- The key focus is to significantly grow the customer base through creative market engagement initiatives and innovative product and service offerings.
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- A university degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other related discipline with relevant professional certification (ACIB, ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA). A post graduate degree (MBA, MSC) will be an added advantage.
- 10 years + relevant experience in Banking and Finance, 5 of which must be at senior management level.
- Extensive knowledge of banking operations, processes and mortgage banking products and services.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, (Finance application experience an advantage).
