An Integrated Outsource Services company require the services of the senior management position below:

Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Report to the Board of Directors and provide strong leadership to reposition the brand as a leading company in the outsourcing industry
• Provide operational expertise and strategic leadership on all aspects of outsourcing value chain
• Ensure alignment of teams to outsourcing strategies and clients’ expectations
• Initiate, maintain and build strong work culture of excellent outsourcing delivery and compliance to all regulatory standards, ethical practices, and outsourcing policies and procedures
• Ensure timeliness in service delivery and service recovery where work variance to standards may potentially undermine work quality.

General Qualification, Experience, Attributes and Skills Required

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Personnel Management or other related Law and Social Sciences disciplines, and membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria. MBA/MSc is an added advantage
• A minimum of 15 year post qualification cognate working experience with at least 7 years in senior management position.
• In-depth understanding of emerging trends in the Outsourcing industry locally and globally and ability to identify and convert opportunities to businesses.
• Familiarity with labour laws, Service Agreements, and processes for best practices in Outsourcing
• Use of proven work models to innovate and offer solutions to clients on a sustainable basis in a constantly changing environment
• Effective in leading cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-channels team as well as managing key internal and external stakeholders in the value chain.
