Managing Director at a Fully Licenced Security Company

One of our subsidiaries, a Fully Licenced Security company, require the services of the senior management position below:

Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Report to the Board of Director and provide ethical leadership to drive performance and increase shareholders’ value
• Establish a robust relationships with Nigerian Police Force and other relevant government security agencies
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Working knowledge of security software applications and deploy adaptive technology solutions for service delivery
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches and implement recovery protocols.

General Qualification, Experience, Attributes and Skills Required

• A retired military personnel or security expert with a minimum of Bachelor's degree preferably with experience with relevant crime and safety technology equipment (CCTV, etc.) and at least 7 years work experience in senior management position. MBA / MSc is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and networking skills
• Creative leadership skills to work in multi-cultural and multi-channel teams.
• Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
