Job Description
- Provides leadership and direction to ensure that all departments and units in the group achieve the firm's goals to enhance the quality of service delivery.
- He/She will be responsible for acting in a senior capacity as part of the operations team and creating effective controls/maintaining procedures for operations activities.
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- A university degree in any Finance related discipline with relevant professional certification. A post graduate degree (MBA, M.Sc) will be an added advantage.
- 7 years + relevant experience in operations control and supervision.
- Extensive knowledge in implementing the operational policy, processes and procedures in accordance with organization's core values as well as creating, maintaining and monitoring policies/procedures, workflows, and critical processes designed for effective controls, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
