Job Description
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, coordinating and implementing HR activities.
- Responsible for providing strategic direction on HR matters; managing employee relations and design of human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- He/She also maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- A university degree in Humanities or any other related discipline with relevant professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc). A post graduate degree (MBA, MSc) will be an added advantage.
- 7 years + relevant experience in Human Resources, 5 of which to be at senior management level .
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resources Management, Benefits & Compensation, Wage Structure, Performance Management, Employment Law, etc.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, (HR software application experience an advantage),
