Job Description
- To assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the company.
- Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling; determine the company's tax position and the applicability of taxable/non-taxable instruments.
Educational/Professional Qualifications
- A university degree in Accounting or any Finance related discipline with relevant professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, NIM, etc). A post graduate degree (MBA, M.Sc) will be an added advantage.
- 4-10 years + relevant experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses, 3 of which to be in a supervisory level.
- Extensive knowledge of financial schedules, SEC filings including some disclosures, building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans, presenting and preparing proposals to recommend new products/services, etc.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.
