Job Title: Desk Officer

Location: Lagos-Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description / Responsibilties

• Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
• Running reports to analyse common complaints and issues
• Installing and changing softwares to fix issues
• Attending to Top notch customers queries and solving the queries

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years.
