Built Reliance Company limited as an indigenous company registered with the corporate affairs commission with one of its many objective been to carry on business as town researchers, management consultants, building estate developers and generally the transaction of every kind of agency business which may lawfully be transacted on building and town planning activities amongst others.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Requirements

• Candidates should a Bachelor's degree with 2 years work experience.
• Experienced in Bills of Quantity preparation, Valuations, Preparation of Claims, Project Budgeting etc.
• Hands-on experience with project site supervision.
• Work under stress with little/no supervision and still deliver excellently.
• Meticulous and attention to details for delivering bespoke homes.
• Be a Team player with leadership and management skills
• Willing to work at Ajah-Lagos.

Job Responsibilities

• Taking off for projects, preparing Bills of Quantity, Valuations, Preparation of Claims, Project Budget.
• Ensuring effective discharge of supervision and coordination of works on Project sites
• Attending Site meetings as well as provide support for other team members

Salary

• N100,000 monthly
