Job Title: Finance Adviser

Job Description
The Financial Adviser overseers the day-to-day activities of the finance team and ensures the organization’s finance function is organized to produce accurate financial and management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team
  • Initiates and ensures necessary implementation of accounting/financial controls measures in the organization
  • Leads in the preparation of budgets, for casts and cash flows
  • Prepares statutory arid internal financial reports
  • Initiates Annual Stock-taking of Assets, ensures their sate-keeping the Assets Register update
  • Maintenance of financial books and accounting processes
Requirements
  • BSC/HND and fully qualified ACA, ACCC/MA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience
  • Demonstrable experience in managing accounting teams
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrable good attention to detail, good judgement and logical decision-making
  • Strong computer literacy with solid understanding of accounting software principles.
  • Knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
