Job Title: Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- To obtain and maintain an efficient workforce.
- To coordinate human relations and human capital development.
- To keep efficient and accurate records of personnel
- To develop effective personnel policies, welfare programmes etc.
- To liaise with the workers Union on demands and maintain cordial industrial relations.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel and power point.
Qualifications:
Bsc degree in Business Administration and management with 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry.
