We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Professional Fry Cook

Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom

Job Summary

• We are expanding our food business in Akwa Ibom State (Eket) we are currently recruiting a Professional fry Cook specializing in American Style Fried Chicken And Chips
• Must have mastered and exceptionally skilled in the preparation of grilled chicken and batter using flour or bread crumbs.

Job Description

• Skillfully measuring and adding ingredients using mixers & blenders and other equipment
• Ensure ingredients and finished goods meets food safety and quality controls.
• Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Ensures that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Ensure that all items  are produced in accordance with menu specification good cost control and with minimal waste
• Ensure safe kitchen practices are in accordance with company safety regulation.
• Monitor the food preparation process and execute job training for subordinates.
• Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, report faults and ensure plans for replacement are undertaken.
• Suggest creative dishes and assist during menu presentations as may be required
• Consistently maintains a neat, clean uniform, with allocated face mask, gloves & PPE at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensure the highest quality product by performing all required procedures, quality checks and documentation to meet specifications.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification
• Must be highly skillful in grilling chicken using flour
• Excellent organizational skill is also required.
• Proven work experience in any notable/reputable fast food restaurants is an added advantage
• Experience: 2 years.
