Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the sales team
- Monitor the progress of the team, ensure targets of sales team are met by identifying shortcomings and propose improvement.
- Train and evaluate the performance of the team.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by sales team.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Requirements
- OND, HND, BSc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
- Proven experience a sales coordinator with the ability to constantly meet set targets will be considered a plus;
- Must have 1-year work experience.
- Proven experience in sales as a sales coordinator.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- A team player with high level of dedication and passion for the job.
Salary
Negotiable + 10% Commission on every sales + Other benefits.
