Role Summary/Purpose:
The Field Service coordinator will provide efficient and effective planning support to the Nigerian field service team there by enhancing expat and national rotation and as well reduce non-billable time, PO backlog and NPT. In addition the role will interface with quality and shop operations to ensure appropriate offshore loadout.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Update and track field days on (primavera based) RMT with a view to 100% data quality
  • Update and track field engineers competency on FSCC (field service career & competency data)
  • Raise draft notification for all offshore jobs and follow up with PO issuance
  • Initiate pre-job planning for all offshore job and follow up on closure
  • Ensure collection, documentation and submission of service tickets, service reports and other field service reportable
  • Initiate Wels report for all offshore jobs and follow up with responsible field engineers until closure
  • Update monthly field service man hour utilization for NCD, EHS and other metrix
  • Review clients look ahead and come up with strategic resource planning in alliance with supervisors to ensure OTD
  • Update the weekly ticket tracker, skill tracker data base and ensure all offshore consumables reach the field engineers offshore
  • Keep custody of all FSE training records and certifications and advise due date for renewables.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial physics from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years experience offshore
  • Excellent knowledge of P6 Primavera to include similar use of data base like FSCC, Wels & Epims
  • Excellent planning project management skill

  • Strong oral and written communication skills ·
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills ·
  • PC proficiency to include primavera P6 ·
  • Strong analytical ability ·
  • Knowledge of subsea product line for technical data update ·
  • Ability to manage multiple client operations and follow through on issues ion a timely manner ·
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal oversight.., a self starter and ability to think ahead and plan for all scenarios
