Vasiti.com is a platform for students, student entrepreneurs and small businesses in or around campus to buy or sell goods & services.

Vasiti also has a magazine which covers activities around campus, daily student hacks and opportunities like scholarships, internship etc for students.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front-End Developer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilties

• Design overall architecture of the website
• Responsible for implementing front end design and building front-end functionality.
• Optimizing and automating tasks and activities.
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of website.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Dev team to design and launch new features.
• Good understanding of security and data protection.
• Create cross-browser compatible and standards-compliant CSS based page layout.
• Solving code problems, troubleshooting and manipulation of web templates.
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones.
• Optimization of the website for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements and Skills

• Must be highly proficient and have significant experience (at least 1 year) working with Next JS, React JS, Html, CSS, JavaScript and Figma.
• Must have a good eye for design and pay attention to details
• Must have basic knowledge of Node JS and MySQL.
• Must be a graduate, reside around Ikeja and be available for full-time employment.
• Should be hardworking and interested in working with a startup
• Good communication skills and good team worker.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Salary
N70,000 to N100,000 / month.
