Job Description:
- To provide effective oversight of HRM and Company Administration you will have:
- Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin, Social Sciences, Management or Education
- Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience, preferably in Human Resources Management.
- Experience of HRM corporate strategy and policy development
- Knowledge of Nigerian industrial relations and labour law
- Outstanding People Management skills
- 9 Strong track record of using HRM to assist organizations to achieve corporate goals
- Strong analytical, IT, interpersonal and communications skills
- Membership of professional bodies
- Minimum Age 30 years.
