Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess Bachelor of Law (LL.M, ICSAN added advantage)
• 6 years' experience in provision of advice on broad range of legal and commercial matters, expert skills in negotiations and legal drafting amongst similar roles.
• An individual who can demonstrate significant experience and breadth of knowledge in litigation.
• Proffering sound advice to clients, companies, shareholder issues, director duties, investments, banking and other financial transactions
• Expert skills in Legal Advisory Services and Legal Support, Debt recovery, Commercial and Litigation Reporting
