Job Title: Sales Admin Manager

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Description

  • The Sales Admin Manager (SAM) is responsible for planning, forecasting, implementation, coordination, control and overseeing all sales & marketing activities and providing back office support and feedbacks to field sales team members in pursuit of agreed sales objectives / targets, tracks / updates, analyses and circulates daily / weekly / monthly sales performance report by each team member, sales territories, sales districts, distributors, and by categories highlighting deviations and specifying corrective measures to close observed Sales Performance Gaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences: Marketing, Economics, Business, Management; Mathematics; Statistics or any other relevant discipline
  • Must have 5-8  years of experience

  • Problem-solving and Analytical skills to interpret Sales Performance and Market Information trends highlighting deviations and recommend corrective actions to close identified gaps
  • Good Computer literacy Skills

  • Very Good Interpersonal / Relationship Skills
  • Understanding of Principles of Marketing
  • Very Good Negotiation Skills
