Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to hire an innovative and driven Technical Sales Representative to increase the organization's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities & growth strategies focused on sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Make site visits, application Surveys, direct installation processes and report observation
• Trouble shoot and provide operational/safety training during Plant outages and Turnarounds
• Keep excellent documentation of customer needs, take notes during discussions and follow up with customers
• Research business opportunities & viable income streams, develop business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective or existing clients; Assess client's needs and promote the company's products / services that meet the clients' objectives/needs
• Manage Client Relationship. Sustain/improve customer experience & promote brand loyalty.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Responsible for meeting Annual Sales Target set by the Management.
• Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel

Qualifications/ Required Experience

• Possess a degree in engineering or technical services from a reputable tertiary institution;MSc in engineering or related technical courses will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience
• Sound communication (oral and written) skills
• Ability to Troubleshoot and provide operational/safety training
• Sound basic knowledge & understanding of measurements,
• Good mechanical and technical knowledge
• Possess an extremely analytical mind with the ability to think, learn and act swiftly.
