Job Title: General Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND certificate
• Candidate will be responsible for overall management and smooth running of daily operations of the outlet In line with company standard and policies
• Candidate will be responsible for coaching development and training of all levels of managers for operational excellence
• Candidate must be able to provide leadership support for each restaurant manager to achieve desired targets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• An understanding of Federal and State regulations as regards health & safety restaurant regulations
• Experience in restaurant operation will be an added advantage.
